New laws came into force in August.The proposals are the latest in a number of regulations brought forward to change the regulatory framework covering the supply and use of fireworks in Great Britain(excluding Northern Ireland).It is now illegal to let fireworks off between llpm and 7am and for retailers to sell fireworks that are louder than 120 decibels.
