Combined side wall protector blocks

Replacing ramming paste, a new kind of sidewall protection is now available for use by operators of aluminium reduction cells. Vulcan Refractories Limited, Cheadle, Staffordshire, UK, announced the launch of these combined side wall protector blocks following the successful completion of in-plant trials conducted with a major aluminium producer in the USA.
