In the limelight-Yankuang Light Alloy

Yankuang Light Alloy, established in Jin-ing City in the Province of Shandong, is part of the Yanzhou Mining Group. From a European point of view the company can be regarded as an integrated group, whose activities include coal mining (ap-prox. 40m tpy), energy generation (totalling 370 MW) and aluminium extraction.rnThe aluminium project was started in May 2002 and went into operation in October 2003. By the end of 204 the planned capacities were fully occupied and the planned economic result had been achieved.
