New Ethics Opinion Database Set To Debut

The Committee on Mediator Ethical Guidance is targeting this month for the launch of a comprehensive new database of ethical opinions gathered from around the country that is intended to serve as the principal go-to source for mediator ethics guidance. At press time, people involved with the "National Directory for Mediator Ethics Opinions" project say that the American Bar Association information technology staff is in the final stages of work on the searchable database. A web page that will be accessible from the committee's page, as well as the Section of Dispute Resolution's home page, is nearly ready.
