PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly determine whether a sentence is an opinion by taking into consideration a combination of meaning and opinion expression. PSOLUTION: Not only opinion expression to be a clue for determining whether to be an opinion but also a meaning category of words are used to express the meaning of words included in a sentence, an opinion property determination database storing models prepared by performing learning using a binary classifiable machine learning method, and a combination of meaning and opinion expression is taken into consideration by using the models of the opinion property determination database to perform classification, determining an opinion property.
