A working group of CPR's E-Discovery Committee met on Dec. 3 to set the agenda for this month's full committee meeting, which will follow CPR's Annual Meeting on Jan. 16 in New York. The working group determined that the January agenda will include a focus on enhancing the E-discovery roster on CPR's Panels of Distinguished Neutrals; continuing the E-discovery training of CPR arbitration panelists; and exploring collaboration with other organizations.
