The International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution announced in June that John F. Schultz and Hewlett-Packard Co. will be the recipients of the 2013 CPR Corporate Leadership Award-the tenth time that CPR has presented the award. Schultz, who is. the company's general counsel and executive vice president, and the HP legal department at the Palo Alto, Calif.-based computer, printer and peripherals, IT and software company, have been high-tech leaders in conflict resolution processes for decades.
