In case you missed it in late 2014, there were two legal-press articles on CPR Institute doings that are worth visiting. In an extensive Nov. 21 New York Law Journal interview, CPR President Noah J. Hanft discussed the career path that brought him to the helm of the NYC-based nonprofit last spring. Hanft, who also took over as Alternatives publisher when longtime president and CEO Kathy Bryan retired, joined in May from his post as general counsel of MasterCard. In the article, he discusses CPR's mission and future, noting that the organization's "most important function is to continually push to explore how businesses, both in the U.S. and overseas, can become more effective and efficient in resolving disputes."
