CALI APPEALS COURT VACATES AWARD FOR FAILURE TO DISCLOSE CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

A California state appellate court has vacated JPMorgan Chase's arbitration win in a worker's race bias suit, overturning the trial courts order confirming the award. Honeycutt v.
