Overall impression

I was very impressed with Fly540. Employees were friendly and courteous every step of the way, while service exceeded the level I had expected for such a short flight and to a very remote location. Also appreciated were the nice little touches, such as the company's logo embroidered on the seats and the bright orange color to match. While both this flight and my outbound flight were late with no explanation, I had to remind myself I was on Africa time—all part of the experience.
