Logan Teleflex - a subsidiary of Daifuku Webb Holding Company - has announced multi-million dollar baggage handling project at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (IATA: ANC), Alaska. Logan Teleflex said the multi-phased project was expected to be completed by April 2016. The contract includes upgrades and modifications to the existing checked baggage inspection system serving Concourse C and the North Terminal. The project includes replacement of existing explosive detection system machines to current generation equipment; upgrades to the baggage handling system; expansion of the checked baggage resolution area; alterations to architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical building systems.
