Located 34 miles (55km) ast-northeast of Amsterdam's Schiphol, Lelystad Airport (IATA: LEY) is midway through a redevelopment programme that will revolutionise its day-to-day business. Owned by the Royal Schiphol Group (RSG), it is currently a business/general aviation facility but, from April 2019, it will begin to take a little of the pressure away from Schiphol.
