Tocumen International Airport

Panama's Tocumen International Airport is undergoing a $70 million modernisation programme designed to transform it into one of the most modern gateways in Central America. The development programme -which upon completion in 2007 will raise the gateway's capacity to five million passengers per year - involves the complete remodelling of passenger terminal, an airfield upgrade and the installation of new ground handling equipment and facilities.
