PHX SKY TRAIN ON SCHEDULE TO BEGIN OPERATIONS IN 2013

Phoenix Sky Harbor's PHX Sky Train in mid-May achieved another major milestone as the new automated train traveled between the East Economy Parking station and the airport's maintenance facility. The electrically powered, automated PHX Sky Train will transport travelers between the regional light rail system, Sky Harbor's largest parking area and Terminal 4, which serves 80 percent of the airport's passengers.
