Vietnam Airlines Orders Airbus and Boeing

As part of a majorfleet renewal programme, flag carrier Vietnam Airlines has announced that Memoranda of Understanding (Molls) were signed with both the major manufacturers, Airbus and Boeing, in September and October, for 44 aircraft in all.One MoU was signed on September 28 for 12 Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners, during a visit to New York by Vietnamese President Nguyen Tan Dung.
