'Passenger' Dreamlifters?

At Present, only the upper deck of the Boeing 747 Dreamlifter - used to carry parts of the B787 Dreamliner between manufacturing facilities - can accommodate people (crew). However, the company is investigating adding a 16-person module at the front of the lower deck to accommodate small groups of passengers/employees. The manufacturer's fleet of four B747-400 Large Cargo Freighters (LCF) does not currently have approval to fly with any supernumerary crew.
