Three Billion Gallons Saving

Aviation Partners, Inc. (API) - makers of Blended Winglets for aircraft - estimates that it has saved the world's commercial and business aircraft operators an estimated three billion gallons of jet fuel following the fitment of its winglets. The company says this represents a global reduction in CO2 emissions of more than 32.2 million tons. It adds that its products are now flying on more than 5,000 individual aircraft, and more than 20 types worldwide.
