A ROYAL Australian Air Force (RAAF) P-8A maritime surveillance aircraft arrived at Al Minhad Air Base in the United Arab Emirates - the Australian Defence Force's main operating base in the Middle East -on October 15 to conduct operations in support of the International Maritime Security Construct (IMSC).
