Honduras and Brazil to exchange aircraft

THE HONDURAN government has approved a co-operation agreement between the Honduran and Brazilian Air Forces that will see the two air arms exchange some of their equipment. The Forca Aerea Brasileira (FAB, Brazilian Air Force) will receive two of the three Cessna 208B Grand Caravans donated to Honduras by the US government in 2015. In return, the Fuerza Aerea Hondurena (FAH, Honduran Air Force) will take five UH-1Hs plus 25 Allison engines and Bambi Buckets for firefighting, plus one C-130H.
