Emirates comes out first in the revenue passenger kilometres (RPKs) ranking for the first time, just pipping China Southern and American to the post. As expected, in addition to Emirates, the top 10 is dominated by the nine Chinese, US and European majors. Among the LCCs, Southwest, Easyjet and Norwegian Air Shuttle and Indigo make the top 30.
