United 2019-2 EETC Sees Strong Values for E175's Values of Three ISTAT Certificated Appraisers Still See Wide Variation

The prospectus for the United Airlines EETC (Enhanced Equipment Trust Certificate) 2019-2 for 19 aircraft has been published and the values issued. The aircraft comprise three B787-9s, four B787-10s (to be selected among the five listed); two B777-300ERs and ten E175s. The B787-9s have a higher optional MTOW of 560,0001bs. The most popular weights are 545,0001bs, 557,0001bs and 560,0001bs each possessing approximately a quarter of the total. However, for the B787-10s, the MTOW of 560,0001bs has been adopted by a quarter with the most popular weight only being 535,0001bs. The B777-300ERs feature the highest MTOW of 775,0001bs which the E175s have a MTOW of 85,0981bs. All the aircraft have either been delivered during 2019 or are due to be delivered in the early part of 2020. As such the aircraft are in new or virtually new condition. The transaction is due to commence in May 2020.
