Each year the Aeronautical Repair Station Association (ARSA) brings the aviation world to the capital of the United States. At the association's annual Legislative Day and Symposium from March 16-18, American regulators, government officials, and industry stakeholders joined a contingent of international representatives to tackle issues that matter to the future of maintenance.
