Because of Canada's history as a British Commonwealth country, many Canadian pilots flew with the Royal Air Force (RAF) or Royal Navy (RN) in both world wars; and these aircraft are well represented in the book. Due to the growing importance of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the last chapter in the book covers UAVs and drones used by Canadian Forces.
