German Eurofighters Offered to Bulgaria

The German Government will offer Bulgaria used Eurofighter combat aircraft. Information covering the deal has already been provided to Bulgaria and will be discussed during the forthcoming visit of Bulgaria's Prime Minister, Boyko Borisov, to Germany between January 17 and 18, when he will meet Chancellor Angela Merkel. During the same visit an agreement will be signed covering cooperation between the German and Bulgarian air forces, in an effort to increase the opportunity for joint exercises and personnel training between the two services.
