First PTDI C295 Completes Flight Test

Airbus Defence and Space announced in late October that the first Indonesian-built C295 medium airlifter had successfully completed its flight test programme. The aircraft is the eighth C295 of nine on order for the Indonesian Air Force (TNI-AU) and made its first flight on October 22 at Bandung. The first two TNI-AU aircraft were delivered from the Airbus D&S assembly line in Seville and a further five were accepted at the C295 Delivery Centre in Bandung.
