Transaero Airlines' Airbus A380-800s will be configured with 652 seats, the highest density of any A380 delivered to date and the most in a commercial aircraft. The four A380s for the Russian airline, the first of which will be delivered next year, will each have 12 first, 24 business and 616 economy class seats. The number of passengers is far more than carried by other A380 operators: Lufthansa's have 526, Emirates 517, Air France 516, Thai Airway 508 and China Southern 506. British Airways, Korean Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Qantas and Singapore Airlines A380s have less than 500 while South Korean carrier Asiana, which will shortly become the latest operator, will have 495.
