Over the weekend of August 29-30 the Polish Air Force staged the 11th International Air Show at Radom AB - the biggest event of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe. This year commemorated the 10th anniversary of Poland's accession to NATO and the organisation's 60th anniversary.rnRadom 2009 achieved an impressive coup attracting the participation of fighter and transport aircraft from the Belarusian Air and Air Defence Force. It was the first time that the air arm had attended an airshow in a NATO country.
