Predator C Avenger Flown

By the end of April General Atomics Aeronautical Systems had completed three flights of the Predator C Avenger unmanned air vehicle (UAV). The UAV is a stealthy, turbofan powered successor to the MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper (Predator B) operated by the US Air Force. The first prototype completed its first flight on April 4, controlled from the Gray Butte Flight Operations Facility at Palmdale, California. It flew again on April 13 and 14.
