Lilium Jet Continues Testing

START-UP DEVELOPER Lilium continues to test its all-electric vertical take-off and landing jet. The aircraft, designed to carry five passengers and complete journeys of up to 186 miles (300km) in one hour on a single charge, has now been flown at speeds exceeding 54kts (100km/h) and in increasingly complex manoeuvres. Footage released by Lilium recently showed the aircraft transitioning from vertical to level flight.
