AG-600 Amphibian Progressing

Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) is making headway with the first prototype AG-600 amphibian. The rear fuselage, manufactured by Shaanxi Aircraft Corporation in Hanzhong, Shaanxi Province was completed on April 27. The 17.5m (57ft 5in)-long component will be shipped to Zhuhai, where it will join other major components on the final assembly line. The forward and centre fuselage sections have already been delivered.
