The COVID-19 pandemic put a damper on celebrations of the 75th anniversary of the Allied victory in Europe, but Ella Craig did her part on May 6, V.E. Day, from home in Liberty Village at RAF Lakenheath, U.K. The U.S. Embassy and consulates in the U.K. offered poster designs to print, color, and display to commemorate the unconditional surrender of Nazi Germany in 1945, marking the end of World War Ⅱ in Europe.
