Excited. That's the word I would use to describe myself as we begin our third year with our Airmen and Family Programs. We are proud of our progress, and we are grateful for the support we are receiving from the field. Here's an update since I last briefed you in September 2014. In December, we welcomed Lauren Rachal to our staff as manager for Airmen and Family Programs. She brings a broad base of knowledge in working on behalf of the military and the families of those in uniform. Rachal replaced Caitie Craumer, to whom we sadly said good-bye that same month. Craumer had served several years in the position; her passion and insights were pivotal in making our programs the successes they are.
