学校屋上での高反射防水シートの反射率の測定

ヒートアイランド現象の対策の1つに、都市表面の被覆の改善が挙げられる。その中で、建物外皮の高反射化は、建物内部への日射熱侵入を防ぐのに効果的であるとされ、多くの製品が登場している。本報では、高反射化した実際の建物屋上の反射率を把握することを目的として、2010年11月と2011年3月に大阪市内の20校小中学校の屋上に施工された高反射防水シートの反射率の測定を行った。さらに、高反射防水シートの省エネルギー効果を試算し、屋根断熱材を使用した場合との比較を行った。%One of the important measures to be adopted in heat islands is the improvement of urban surface coating. Use of highly reflective materials for the outer walls is an effective way to prevent heat from penetrating the buildings, and nowadays many products with reflective properties have been developed. In this study, we present field measurements conducted in November 2010 and March 2011 in order to evaluate thernreflectance of highly reflective roofing sheets installed in actual buildings. We measured the reflectance of highly reflective roofing sheets installed on the top of 20 primary and middle schools in Osaka city. Furthermore, energy savings of the highly reflective roofing sheets were estimated. These energy savings were compared with those of an insulation material.
