Belltree uses Luanda-Aberdeen network to land contract with state petroleum agency ANPG

The Angolan hydrocarbons regulatory body, ANPG, has hired Scottish advisory firm Belltree to help hone its oil sector investment strategy. The Aberdeen-based consultancy has six months to pinpoint priority marginal fields and assets whose potential has not been fully explored using data on reserves not yet identified.
