Let's begin with the Technology Horizons study that your office conducted for the Air Force. How would you describe it? Technology Horizons is the product of a year-long assessment to identify the most essential science and technology [S&T] areas that the Air Force must focus on during the next decade and beyond, to prepare for the challenges it faces in 2020-2030. This was an immense effort. It not only determined the greatest technology opportunities for the Air Force, but it assessed them in the context of the strategic, technology, and budget environments during this time.
