Expansion and a new look

Important Additions to the collection during the 2002-10 period were a DC-9, Air Canada's longest-serving aircraft; a Borel-Morane monoplane, the oldest existing aircraft flown in Canada (in 1912); an airworthy Bristol F.2B Fighter and a prototype Canadair/Bombardier Challenger. The enlarged space available in the museum led to thernredevelopment of the entire exhibition floor based on the 2006 publication Canadian Wings - A Remarkable Century of Flight.
