Founded in 1947, Personal Plane Services (PPS) is one of Britain's best-known businesses specialising in the restoration, maintenance and operation of a wide range of historic classic aeroplanes. Established by Doug Bianchi, PPS has been led by Managing Director Tony Bianchi since 1977, and has been based at Booker airfield near Marlow, Bucks, since the late 1960s. The ethos of PPS is to restore and maintain classic aeroplanes to completely original and authentic standards utilising traditional engineering skills and materials.
