National Benzole Leopard flies

On 11 October, de Havilland DH85 Leopard Moth G-ACMA flew again following restoration by Martin Honeychurch at the Newbury Aeroplane Company, Hungerford. Owned by Peter Vacher, the former custodian of Hurricane R4118/G-HUPW, the Leopard has been completed in the colours it wore when delivered to National Benzole Ltd at Heston Aerodrome in March 1934. It was acquired by Peter in 2009. A full feature on the restoration of 'CMA will appear in a forthcoming issue of Aeroplane.
