Race Canberra to Laarbruch museum

The first production English Electric Canberra PR7, WH773, is now on display at the RAF Laarbruch Museum at Weeze Airport, Germany, close to the Dutch border following a recent move from the Gatwick Aviation Museum. Following completion of re-assembly, the Canberra will be painted in the No 31 Squadron colours it wore while based at Laarbruch during 1955. Funding for its acquisition and transportation came from a member of the No 31 Squadron Association.
