E-gloves protect workers

Gloves featuring embedded sensors are being developed by researchers at Nottingham Trent University in the UK to help protect construction workers from occupational injuries. The purpose of the technology is to alert wearers of the gloves to levels of vibration likely to cause conditions such as vibration white finger and carpal tunnel syndrome.
