Study on Guarantee of Peasants' Rights and Interests under the Strategy of Land Resources Sustainable Use

摘要

This study has analyzed the difficulties of the guarantee of farmers' rights and interests from the angle of guaranteeing the whole rights and interests of farmers in the carrying out of strategy of land resources sustainable use of land resources, the content mainly expounds the theory of sustainable development, theory of institutional change, theory of property rights and theory of interests and come up with the concept that establishing the perfect peasants' rights and interests security mechanism is the important foundation for the implementation of land resources sustainable use.
