ISOC 2011:new beginnings in space

The International Space Development Conference (ISDC) is the National Space Society's traveling roadshow and most important annual event. Hosted by a different NSS chapter in a new city each year, it gives NSS members and the space community as a whole the opportunity to come together for networking, strategizing, and reflecting on the events of the past year in our pursuit of a true spacefaring civilization. This year, more than 800 space advocates, representing every facet of the space movement from government policy developers to entrepreneurs to private enthusiasts and champions of the cause, gathered in Huntsville, Alabama at the 30th ISDC to take stock of the state of space.
