摘要

AIM: To study the effect of fibrin fibrinogen degradation products (FFDP) on release of interleukin-1 (IL-1) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) from mouse peritoneal macrophages, and the effect of a new selectively potent protein kinase C inhibitor Ro 31-8220 (Ro). METHODS: IL-1 and IL-6 activities were measured By thymocyte proliferation assay and B_9 cell Proliferation methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) Colorimetric method, respectively. CONCLUSION: Ro exerted inhibitory Effets on FFDP-induced release of IL-1 and IL-6 in Vitro.
