The recently released Ventilation and Air Conditioning market report UK 2015-2019 from AMA Research has been welcomed by Jody Lees, head of Air Conditioning and Energy Solutions at LG. The report says the market experienced growth of 4% in 2014 and by the end of 2019 market value is forecast to have reached a value in excess of £1.2bn. It concludes: "In general, the UK ventilation and air conditioning market exhibits the characteristics of an increasingly mature market with manufacturers developing brand and product differentiation and niche specific sectors in order to secure competitive advantage." Jody Lees says: "Here at LG we are seeing just this kind of response in the marketplace and have seen well in excess of the growth levels reported in the report. As a business, we are expanding and making huge strides that are reflected in our own success in the air conditioning market, with significant growth in interest and sales into commercial projects in particular and exciting growth in the domestic air conditioning market."
