Book Review Editor's Comment: Web 2.0: Hype or Salvation?rnWeb 2.0 is not hype. It's here and here to stay, so we'd better get used to it. That said, it leaves the question of how we deal with it. I don't propose an answer but just a few general observations.rnBy this point, I have to admit to a certain amount of what might be referred to as Web 2.0 fatigue. Seemingly at every juncture in the library world, one sees some attempt to implement Web 2.0 technology into our processes and procedures-whether this is using Facebook to help teach a class or allowing users to add their own tags to the catalog. Unfortunately, in many cases, it seems that these kinds of approaches are following sort of the same model.
