CGT changes

There will be a rush on business sales before 6 April next year, as some business owners are set to be hit with an 80% increase (a rate change from 10% to 18%) on the tax they pay when disposing of their businesses. Others may be quite pleased with the dramatic capital gains tax changes in the PBR.
