The institute is to launch a certificate in finance, accounting and business for anyone interested in learning the basics of business finance. The CFAB, to be unveiled later this month (see p108), will not set entry requirements and will be a qualification in its own right. However, it has also been designed to act as a 'feeder' to the new ACA and will offer the same flexibility as the ACA in tuition, timetables, learning and assessment.
