BAKER TILLY RESIGNS SHOW JUMPING AUDIT

Baker Tilly has resigned as auditor to the British Show Jumping Association following a dispute over internal controls at the equestrian governing body. The BSJA admitted that its systems were inadequate, which led to income and current assets in the reports and accounts for 2006/07 being 'significantly overstated', although the errors did not result in a loss of funds. Baker Tilly declined to comment on matters relating to a former client.
