The FD of CARE International, Mark Salway, is a man who wears many hats. As well as being the director of finance at one of the world's largest aid agencies, he is also the director of IT, director of strategy and the company secretary. Not your typical FD, but that's just the way he likes it. 'I can justify every day coming here, even though I work two or three times the hours I did at KPMG - I love having something I'm really focused on and being dedicated to making a difference,' he says.
