Although we've known next year's rates for some time, we now also have (from a ministerial statement) the new PAYE & NIC thresholds, although the regulations to implement the changes have not yet been published. The changes to Construction Industry Scheme penalties under the harmonised penalty regime in Sch 55 to Finance Act 2009 will take effect from October this year.
